Hozier Shares New EP ‘Eat Your Young’

It's inspired by Dante's Inferno...

Hozier has shared new EP ‘Eat Your Young’.

The songwriter’s second album ‘Wasteland, Baby!’ came back in 2019, and he’s due to release a large-scale project this year. Full album ‘Unreal Unearth’ is incoming, and it finds Hozier borrowing lyrical tropes from Dante’s Inferno.

New EP ‘Eat Your Young’ paves the way, with the songs seemingly reflecting on two of the nine circles of hell: gluttony and heresy.

A three-song EP, ‘Eat Your Young’ is online now. Hozier comments…

This EP marks my first release of 2023, with a number of songs to drop over the coming months followed by the full album Unreal Unearth in late summer.

It’s always a gift to be able to release new music into the world and an added joy to do so on a Birthday. I’m thrilled to have announced tour dates for this fall and to share these songs, which offer a sample of more to come.

Tune in now.

Hozier has also confirmed plans for a series of huge UK and Ireland shows, including London’s historic Alexandra Palace Park on July 21st.
