The Hold Steady, KT Tunstall, Sharon Jones and many more are set to appear on a new compilation put together by US radio station WFUV, it has been reported.
The non-commercial, listener driven radio station WFUV operates from Fordham University and has gained a cult following. A regular feature of the station’s shows is a live section, when some of their favorite artists are invited in to record some of their best songs.
A new compilation gathers together some of the shows most memorable moments. The eleventh such compilation, quantity has done nothing to prompt a dip in quality with The Hold Steady, Iron & Wine, KT Tunstall and many more providing some stunning live takes.
