Madrid four-piece Hinds have – in no small way – helped soundtrack our summer.
Placing a series of sun-drenched garage rock cuts online, the Spanish group have stamped out a joyous, carefree identity.
Well, now it's time to get serious. Announcing debut album 'Leave Me Alone' Hinds posted a statement indicating that the new material contains hidden depths: "it’s funny ’cause we thought this album would be all party and cheerfulness but . SURPRISE. it’s not!!!!! haha. feelings are more balanced, like in life. so suddenly we had a more sober -or even sad- album than we expected."
Alongside this, Hinds have shared new track 'Garden'. As charming as ever, there's certainly a poetic sensibility which has blossomed from those early cuts.
Check it out now.
'Leave Me Alone' will be released on January 8th.
