Little Joy, the exciting new band featuring Strokes’ drummer Fab Moretti, have posted new songs on their Myspace ending the wait for material from the band.
With The Strokes seemingly taking forever and a day to produce their new album, Fab Moretti has followed the lead of Albert Hammond Jr and done something on his own. New group Little Joy will feature Moretti alongside girlfirend Binki Shapiro and Brazilian singer-songwriter Rodrigo Amarante.
The band are set to release their self-titled debut album on November 3rd. Currently, three songs have been uploaded to the band’s Myspace page while another song, titled “Keep me In Mind”, has been uploaded to Youtube. Fans are warned not to expect The Strokes Mark Two – the new material is said to be laid back and folky.
