HAAi Steps In To Remix Kylie Minogue’s ‘Padam Padam’

It's a phenomenon...

HAAi has remixed Kylie Minogue’s ‘Padam Padam’.

It’s the sound of the summer. Kylie’s fantastic / bizarre / ultra-catchy (delete as appropriate) single ‘Padam Padam’ has gained a cult following, racing into the UK Top 10 in the process.

Club force ABSOLUTE. remixed the song, before house guru Jax Jones delivered his take. The third and final remix is now online, with Australian musician HAAi getting to grips with ‘Padam Padam’.

Very much steering the song towards its left-field roots, HAAi locates something fresh within the track. Illuminating the production, this new remix was constructed during a hectic summer for the Australian producer.

HAAi says…

“Coming from Australia I’ve loved Kylie since I was a kid and I was so honoured to contribute a remix for Padam Padam. I’ve danced to the original with my nearest and queerest more times than I can count, so piecing this remix together came really naturally. The track actually came to life over four flights during a very busy weekend of playing European Festivals and it has been incredible to watch crowds across the continent give it so much love. I’m so excited for everyone to hear it and to be able to play a little part in keeping the Padam hum going.”

Tune in now.

Clash spoke to HAAi back in 2022, discussing her stratospheric ascent. Looking back on lockdown, she commented: “I felt like we’d lost the thing that everyone was really craving,” she continues, “this togetherness that we used to have, like in a club or at a festival, so to be able to have that in the form of a musical stem was really special. It felt kind of hopeful in a way because we were all just creating something together.”
