Guy Garvey x Myleene Klass In Festive Collaboration

For Save the Children's Christmas Tree Sessions

Guy Garvey and Myleene Klass are set to pair off for a special festive collaboration as part of Save the Children's Christmas Tree Sessions.

The festive period has long been littered with unusual partnerships. From David Bowie and Bing Crosby to Johnny 'n' Denise, Christmas time seems to bring with it a number of oddball collaborations. Now we can add Guy Garvey and Myleene Klass to that list.

The genial frontman of Elbow is set to appear at Save the Children's Christmas Tree Sessions, with the one time Hear'say singer turned TV personality Myleene Klass in attendance.

Taking place at the Union Chapel, Save the Children's Christmas Tree Sessions will be curated by Lauren Laverne. Persuading Guy Garvey and Myleene Klass to take part in the event, the pair will perform songs suggested by fans across Twitter.

The line up already contains a few surprises, with Band of Skulls set to appear at the festive event. Guillemots frontman Fyfe Dangerfield is planning to drop by, while Josh Kumra, Kodaline and Summer Camp amongst the musical guests.

Elsewhere, journalist Caitlin Moran is due to appear while media cohorts such as Stuart Maconie will also be on hand. Don't forget: if you manage to grab a ticket you're requested to wear a Christmas jumper…

Save the Children's Christmas Tree Sessions takes place at the Union Chapel on December 14th.
