Greg Dulli Solo Album

Gutter Twin Returns

Former Afghan Whig and part time member of The Gutter Twins Greg Dulli is set to release a solo live album ‘Live At Triple Door’ on October 28th, it has been announced.

As leader of The Afghan Whigs, Greg Dulli became the toast of underground America. His collaboration with the similarly feted Mark Lanegan as The Gutter Twins was rapturously received, with debut album ‘Saturnalia’ provoking a frenzy of critical hyperbole.

Greg Dulli’s new solo live album covers material from across his career as well as boasting some special additions. Recorded in October 2007 at Seattle’s Triple Door as a benefit for local youth arts center the Vera Project, the new album will contain versions of Jose Gonzalez’ ‘Down The Line’ and the traditional ‘Black Is The Color Of My True Love’s Hair’.

Whilst it is billed as a Dulli solo project, he is backed on the album by several other musicians and collaborators.

Greg Dulli releases ‘Live At Triple Door’ digitally on October 28th.
