Morden indie punks Good Shoes have confirmed details of a new UK tour this November.
Good Shoes have had a busy year. The band kick started January with a new single, before unleashing their second album ‘No Hope, No Future’. A worthy follow up to their debut, the band seemed on fighting form.
Moving forwards, the Morden group’s first full length in some three years lacked the focus of their debut but somehow seemed more mature, more complete. Launching themselves into a heavy touring schedule, the band have rarely looked back.
Travelling across the country, Good Shoes seemed to have no regard for distance. Touring took them around Europe, with even the odd trip to the United States organised to promote their second album.
Hitting the festival season hard, the indie punks have won a new army of dedicated fans. With the end of the year now lingering on the horizon, Good Shoes have confirmed an extra batch of shows.
The band are set to warm up for the new tour with a one off show in Amsterdam. Good Shoes are set to play London Calling in the city, part of a much wider showcase focussing on British music.
Returning to Britain, the band are set to kick-start the tour in Kingston Upon Thames. Taking in dates across the country, Good Shoes are set to play Manchester’s FAC 251 venue on November 23rd.
Finishing in Nottingham, the new tour will end almost eleven months of near continual touring for the band.
Tickets are on sale now.
