Scotland’s new indie heavyweights are set to seize their crown when Glasvegas get set to release their self-titled debut album on September 8th.
Following hot on the heels of their recent Top 20 smash hit single “Geraldine” Glasvegas are set to unleash a devastating one-two on the public with new single “Daddy’s Gone” and the release of their self-titled debut LP.
The band have been acclaimed as new messiahs by some quarters of the music press, though others has been rather more reserved in their praise. Come September 8th, however, the band will either put up or shut up when their first album hits the shelves.
Before then, Glasvegas will release their new single “Daddy’s Gone” on August 25th. Backed with new tracks as well as a cover of the Nirvana classic “Come As You Are”. Those heading to T In The Park this weekend could do worse than check out the band, on the Futures Stage on Saturday.
