Glass Animals hit the streets of Hackney over the weekend to perform new single 'Heat Waves'.
Is this the return of the guerrilla gig? With their live plans sadly curtailed by COVID, Glass Animals decided to try something different.
Taking to the streets of Hackney over the weekend, Glass Animals filmed a surprise one song performance.
Playing new single 'Heat Waves', frontman Dave Bayley admitted the prospect of performing again made him nervous.
He says: “You know what, I thought I was going to be a bit nervous because this, this is tour for me right now... This is what touring is like in the corona age.”
It's a neat performance, too, riddled with energy and a sense of pent up frustration.
Tune in now.
