Ghetts, Rude Kid Confirm ‘Forbidden Frequencies’ Format Release

They're going offline...

Ghetts and Rude Kid have confirmed the release format for their album ‘Forbidden Frequencies’.

The pair have known each other for some time, but this is the first major project that they’ve linked on. Out this month, Ghetts and Rude Kid are preparing to unveil a full collaborative album – but there’s a twist in the release.

‘Forbidden Frequencies’ features two of the best talents in the game, but it won’t be on streaming any time soon. Instead, it will be available as a specially designed hardware player, released at a trio of London shows.

Taking place at Basing House on December 10th, 11th, and 12th, tickets for the dates will be on sale from 10am tomorrow and available here.

“Myself and Rude Kid want to release this in totally unique and original way”, explains Ghetts.  “We firmly believe that music is art and should be respected and valued in the way art in a gallery is – this is our attempt to fearlessly push towards that goal.  Our work has different layers, meanings and depth to it and we don’t cut corners.”

“The intention has always been to make music that will last forever!  When me and G link we do exactly that”, adds Rude Kid.
