UK producer George FitzGerald aligns with Panda Bear on new song ‘Passed Tense’.
Panda Bear seems to be on a creative wave right now, following his work on Animal Collective’s excellent studio LP with a full collaboration alongside Sonic Boom. Known for his collaborative nous, Panda Bear has now leaped on board a George FitzGerald production.
‘Passed Tense’ appears on the producer’s incoming album, and it’s a remarkably fusion of his deft, painterly touch and the purity of Panda Bear’s vocal treatment.
The full song plays with light and shade, ‘Passed Tense’ taking George FitzGerald’s club-rooted electronic innovation into a melodic, pop-centred sphere.
