Gaz Coombes is set to release new album 'World's Strongest Man' on May 4th.
The one-time Supergrass frontman and full-time gentleman went back into the studio last year, seemingly inspired by everything from Grayson Perry’s The Descent Of Man to Frank Ocean’s 'Blonde'.
The follow up to 2015's 'Matador', Gaz worked both at his home studio and at Oxford’s Courtyard Studios, with occasional co-production from Ian Davenport.
Out on May 4th, new song 'Deep Pockets' is online now, a bold, precocious return blessed with some of Gaz Coombes' most endearing word-play.
Tune in now.
Catch Gaz Coombes at London's ULU on February 28th.
