Garbage will release new ‘Anthology’ compilation on October 28th.
The band remain an unstoppable force, constantly seeking out new challenges. Looking ahead, their disparate activities are taking them into new arenas – on October 4th, for example you can catch them at the Sound Of 007 In Concert at the Royal Albert Hall, London, alongside Dame Shirley Bassey.
Opting to take a short look back in time, new ‘Anthology’ compilation brings together three decades of work. Featuring hit singles and deep cuts alike, it moves from their glorious early work through to their ongoing highs.
Garbage’s Shirley Manson says:
This anthology is testimony to almost three decades of creative work together, our collective tenacity and our terrifying ability as a group to withstand ritual humiliation on a regular basis. Regardless of the inevitable shifts and tides within the music industry, we are surprised to find ourselves still here, making records and touring the globe. It is in no small part as a result of the astounding fan support we receive. Our love and gratitude to all, for everything…
The compilation will be available as a double CD album, as well as transparent yellow double LP. For pre-orders hit here.
