London electronic wunderkind FrYars is set to break cover with the release of the new “Perfidy EP” on March 31st and a series of live dates.
FrYars is 19 year old Londoner Ben Garrett, who blends together the torch songs of Rufus Wainwright with a very abrasive style of electronica. Long a myspace phenomenon, FrYars made the movement to the live stage with remarkable ease, playing two packed out shows at Clerkenwell’s Slaughtered Lamb venue.
Debut release “The Ides EP” was warmly received by the electronic community, and received glowing write ups in the music press.
