It lands on August 16th...

Friendly Fires will release new album 'Inflorescent' on August 16th.

The much-loved UK group reconvened in 2017, with the full original line up deciding to head out on the road.

Two singles - 'Love Like Waves' and 'Heaven Let Me In' - followed, with the English group entering a deeply creative space in their lives.

New album 'Inflorescent' is the result. Working alongside producers / co-producers Mark Ralph, James Ford and Disclosure at sites across London, the record was brought into shape over an 18 month period.

Out on August 16th, the announce coincides with new single 'Silhouettes', a salute to the Brazilian disco records that inspire them.

Recorded in producer James Ford's attic studio, it features co-production from Ford and Mark Ralph - tune in below.
