Chelmsford trio FREAK hit back on new single 'Everyone's The Same'.
The band's debut single made a huge impression in 2017, with riotous live shows demonstrating a visceral energy.
New track 'Everyone's The Same' is online now, with that buzzing, chopped up guitar riff blasting out of the speakers.
Refusing to hold back, FREAK add a dash of pop suss to the mixture, crafting an addictive, imperious return.
The video is a colour-laden feast, too, and due to the band's fastidious nature took more than 50 takes to complete.
“This track is about trying to find your identity is a society in which anyone different is an outcast,” says vocalist/guitarist Connar Ridd. “You’re judged if you dress differently or if your opinions differ from the masses. The song is about being yourself and not caring, regardless of what everyone else thinks.”
