Sunderland indie poppers Frankie & The Heartstrings have launched a new fanclub.
Frankie & The Heartstrings are among Britain’s most hotly tipped new acts. Choosing to shun major labels advances, the band have kept to their DIY roots with a series of limited edition singles.
With the numbers creeping up, the band are developing a devoted fanbase. Now Frankie & The Heartstrings have decided to launch an old fashioned fan club as a reward for their followers.
The Sunderland group have launched The Heartstrings, a new way of allowing fans to keep in touch. However like everything the band do, membership is on a first come first served basis with only 100 places available.
However for those lucky enough to find themselves at the front of the queue, the band have arranged a series of treats. Frankie & The Heartstrings will offer:

Crazy! Frankie & The Heartstrings recently launched the fan club, with the first round (POPSEX031) now almost sold out. However if you missed out don’t worry – the band are set to re-open membership later this year.
Meanwhile, the Sunderland group are preparing to release their new single ‘Ungrateful’ on October 4th. Limited to 999 copies, Frankie & The Heartstrings have made the track available on pre-order from their official site.
