Frank Turner’s Mongol Horde Deliver Feral New Track

Debut album incoming...

Now here's a surprise.

Frank Turner may well be an instantly recognisable politically motivated punk-folker, but it wasn't always thus. Back in the day, the English singer was a part of Million Dead, a group whose feral take on the hardcore punk template won them respect and a dogged, devoted fan base.

It seems as though Frank Turner is set to return to his roots. Confirmed last year, new band Mongol Horde finds Turner working as part of a three piece betraying the influence of Refused, say, or even Napalm Death.

Taking their name from the Van Pelt song 'We Are The Heathens', Mongol Horde's self-titled album is set to be released on May 26th.
