July came, July went… and July didn't offer up a new Frank Ocean album.
The singer initially pencilled in July 2015 as a release date for his much-anticipated 'Boys Don't Cry' project, before scratching this.
A social media posting earlier this summer seemed to indicate a July 2016 release date, sparking renewed speculation.
As the clock ticked down last night (July 31st) fan anger reached apoplexy – before Frank Ocean's website suddenly changed over.
boysdontcry.co is playing an Apple Music live stream, featuring black and white footage of two desks.
Could a playback be about to occur? Best wait until North America comes online…
Tune in HERE.

Visual artist Francis Soriano appears to have revealed that the stream is a "video art project" in this hastily deleted Instagram post.
