Frank Ocean performed on Saturday Night Live last night, accompanied by John Mayer.
An American institution, Saturday Night Live returned last night (September 15th) promising another season of comedy skits and high profile guest appearances. Another notch in his rise to the top, Frank Ocean was invited to appear on the opening episode and did not disappoint.
Fresh from the release of ‘Channel Orange’ and that letter, Frank Ocean delivered a beautiful if somewhat bizarre performance. Rushing through ‘Thinking About You’ and of course ‘Pyramids’ the singer delivers an impressive performance.
Inviting John Mayer to perform with him, the blues guitarist adds an extended solo to ‘Pyramids’ and even throws in some enterprising facial expressions.
