Oxford math-rock tricksters Foals released their new single “Balloons” last week, a floating pop masterpiece if ever there was one. The Transgressive group have also just completed a UK tour in support of Bloc Party, though Foals will be kept busy in the New Year after announcing another tour for 2008. Full details below:
