Toronto punk heroes Fucked Up are set to play a show at London’s Camden Underworld on the 17th December, it has been announced.
The band should be in gear for the show, following their recent 12-hour gig in New York upon the release of their album ‘The Chemistry of Common Life’ earlier this year, that saw singer Pink Eyes and a host of fans including Moby and Dinosaur Jr. man J.Mascis lead the band in the exhaustion-inducing stint.
2008 has been by far the bands most successful year, going from cult punk rebels to the toast of the indie blogsphere. However, don’t expect the band to rest on their newfound success – expect the usual brutal live assault, maybe with some tinsel thrown in. F**ked Up will be supported by London-based Ska-punk Clash-alikes The King Blues on the date. Get tickets below now.
