Fixers are set to release new single ‘Iron Deer Dream’ on February 27th before focussing on their debut album.
Fixers are opening 2012 in a confident mood. A series of singles built up to last year’s ‘Imperial Goddess Of Mercy’ EP. Heading back into the studio, the band are now ready to unveil their debut album.
Before then, though, Fixers have a single release to get out of the way. ‘Iron Deer Dream’ will be released on February 27th, with the band uploaded a stream of the track to YouTube. It’s ripped from the Zane Lowe show, so you have the New Zealander to plough through first before the song kicks in…

Looking ahead, Fixers have confirmed that their upcoming debut album ‘We’ll Be The Moon’ will be released on May 14th. Going by previous material, ClashMusic expects the LP to frustrate and inspire in equal measures…
Set to head out on tour with Kaiser Chiefs, the shows open in Derby on February 2nd. Hitting Newcastle, Grimsby, Manchester, Portsmouth and more the tour ends with a one off London show at the Hammersmith Apollo.
Containing some of the largest venues Fixers have tackled to date, tickets for the upcoming tour are on sale now.
