Fivio Foreign recruits an all-star cast for ‘Pain & Love 2’ mixtape.
Out now, the American rap trailblazer has been teasing the release for some time, sharing a string of red-hot singles. ‘Get Ready’ saw Fivio spar against New York drill collective 41, before switching it up on the Meek Mill bolstered ‘Same 24’.
The full mixtape has just dropped, a packed affair that highlights his curatorial abilities. Moving from style to style, ‘Pain & Love 2’ underlines the strength of the Fivio Foreign rolodex, boasting some incredible rap talent.
The tape finds room for Lil Tjay, Swae Lee, Vory, Popcaan, Meek Mill, Sheff G and Rowdy Rebel, with Fivio Foreign remaining the star attraction. Sounding like a man working with total freedom, at one point he raps:
“Boy, I done got rich off of living my hobbies, I don’t know how I do it. This shit is inside me.”
