Feeder Inferno Drama

Grant Nicholas Thanks Driver

Feeder’s lead singer Grant Nicholas has issued a statement describing the bus accident the band were involved in (October 24th) and has praised the driver.

The band had finished a show in Glasgow and were making the over night journey to Lincoln when the accident took place. Driver Colin Campbell noticed flames pouring out of the back of the bus and immediately pulled over into the hard shoulder and woke the thirteen sleeping crew members to evacuate them.

Just a short while after everyone was rushed to safety the bus exploded into flames and burnt to shell.

The Feeder frontman said:

“It’s terrifying to think what might have happened, just shocking. We can’t praise Colin enough for his quick thinking and action, he saved all their lives. We’d also like to thank the police and firefighters who dealt with the situation and of course, JD Sports for their generosity.”

The crew lost all of their clothes in the accident, and a nearby JD Sports kindly gave them clothes.

The Feeder tour continues unaffected.
