Fear Of Water Teams Up with Elias Soriano on ‘Codependent Parasites’

A larger-than-life collaboration...

Fear Of Water has merged forces with Elias Soriano on brand new single ‘Codependent Parasites’.

A super-charged listen from start to finish, the track makes a bold statement and hints towards the next wave of hard rock and metal. Hailing from Austin, Texas, Dave Perry is the innovative force behind Fear of Water. Combining big, racing drums that break into a melodic, riff-lead chorus, Perry reaches into the depths of heartbreak and mistrust. A core member of naughties band Nonpoint, Soriano’s vocals have a soaring impact, complimenting the track’s production as it weaves through an assortment of styles and textures.

Directed by Nicholas Stich, the visuals see Perry forming his own, one-man band, a nod towards the artist’s creative autonomy. There’s no signs of Fear Of Water slowing down either, as the heavy rocker ventures into new music and collaborations.

Speaking on the release, Dave Perry shares:  “this song is about the betrayal of my long-term partner having an affair with a close friend of mine whilst I was on tour for most of 2022.”

Tune in now.
