Fat Dog will release debut album ‘WOOF’ on September 6th.
The band have enjoyed a scorching 12 months, with bewildering debut single ‘King Of The Slugs’ kicking off an explosive rise. Fat Dog recently sold out London’s Brixton Electric, and now confirm plans for their incoming LP.
Out on September 6th, debut album ‘WOOF’ is set to be a wholly unique nine-track experience. “A lot of music at the moment is very cerebral and people won’t dance to it,” says the band’s Chris Hughes. “Our music is the polar opposite of thinking music.”
Available to pre-order now, the record is led by new single ‘Running’ – a squelching, writhing, surreal dose of post-post-post-punk. Stephen Agnew directs the video, which features frontman Joe Love on prime preening form.
Tune in now.
Fat Dog have also announced plans for a full UK tour in November, including O2 Forum Kentish Town in London on November 23rd.
