Ezra Collective are set to release debut album 'You Can't Steal My Joy' later this year.
The London jazz group spent the bulk of 2018 on scorching form, closing the year with their biggest headline show to date.
Packing out North London's KOKO venue, the band showcased material that sluiced together jazz, afrobeat, grime, and more, a language almost entirely their own.
Debut album 'You Can't Steal My Joy' is incoming, with Ezra Collective also sharing a brand new song alongside the announce.
'Quest For Coin' is a funky jazz burner, the tasty snare work underpinning those snappy horn lines and the gentle chord progressions on keys.
A taut return, the beat recalls everything from UK funky to DJ Mujava, while mood moves from the ominous to the euphoric.
