American psychedelic rockers Evangelicals have already stunned Yankee listeners with their latest offering, “The Evening Descends”, and are set to do the same to the shores of old Blighty.
Following on from their 2006 debut “So Gone”, Evangelicals latest release will feature the usual epic, druggy vibes. Hailing from Norman, Oklahoma the band share a similar outlook to fellow Norman residents The Flaming Lips – we suspect the interference of Timothy Leary with the water supply!
Already gathering a clutch of positive reviews, “The Evening Descends” looks set to be one of the best American independent releases of the year.
