Reclusive R&B pairing Emotional Oranges have shared new single ‘On My Way’.
The duo have been through some changes. Following a break-up, EO relocated to Greece, and found the fresh landscapes ignited something new within the project’s creativity.
New album ‘The Juice Vol III’ is out on December 9th, and it’s their first full length endeavour since 2019. New single ‘On My Way’ shines a light on their current impulses, a song that melds opaque R&B vocals with the percussive pull of South Africa’s continually innovative amapiano scene.
Drawing influence from both poles to locate something true to themselves, ‘On My Way’ speaks of fresh challenges, a song that moves Emotional Oranges out beyond their boundaries.

This record came from experimenting with new sounds and a few long nights in Mykonos. I genuinely haven’t felt this excited around creating fresh textures and grooves since we were working on The Juice: Vol I. Conceptually, we always thought it’d be cool to flip our perspectives and essentially write the response track to ‘Just Like You’.
Big shout out to my boy Robbie Gardunio who helped see through both the production and (a very complicated) mix with us – it’s the first of a whole batch of ideas we’ve made together!
