Eminem Release Date Set

'Relapse' draws near

One of America’s biggest ever acts Eminem is set to release his comeback album ‘Relapse’ on May 19th.

Marshal Mathers is back. Four years on from his last album, and with a dose of writer’s block prompted by the death of a close friend behind him, the real Slim Shady is ready to set the record straight.

Possibly the most eagerly anticipated album on the planet, ‘Relapse’ has been the source of much rumour and hype. The first track to surface from the sessions was the single ‘Crack A Bottle’ which broke American download records on its release.

The forthcoming album has been slated for a May 19th release, but fans have been stunned after it emerged that Eminem would release another album later this year.

“A lot of people were expecting Relapse to drop last year,” Eminem said in the press release. “I was one of them. Then Dre and I went back in the studio in September for a few days, and that turned into six months. We were on such a roll; we wound up with a ton of new music produced by Dre. Putting out Relapse 2 will let everyone get all of the best stuff.”

Oh. My. Gosh.

No word on the release date for this second LP.
