Sportswear titans ellesse have just announced a brand new music initiative for 2017 — 'Make It Music' — a series of monthly studio sessions with a handpicked selection of some of the UK's biggest and brightest artists.
To host these sessions, they've paired up with West London's Metropolis Studios, an independent complex responsible for the mixing and mastering of 50 per cent of the UK Top 40.
This year will see an array of acts feature walk through Metropolis's doors — including grime don D Double E and UK hip-hop bad gal Paigey Cakey.
Clash has already been involved in Make It Music, having interviewed rising Afrobeats stars Belly Squad in the studios for our last print issue.
Gavin Newman, Metropolis Events and Content Director, said: "Metropolis Studios has always been at the forefront of supporting great talent, so it’s very exciting when a brand like ellesse shows a down to earth commitment towards helping spread the music."
