Edwyn Collins and James Endeacott are preparing to launch their new label Analogue Enhanced Digital.
Edwyn Collins has been many things in his life: indie icon, pop star, cult hero and the Chieftain of the Helmsdale Highland Games. Now the singer is set to realise an ambition and take charge of his own label.
The singer’s career has been dogged with battles against major labels, and now Edwyn Collins aims to create his own kingdom. Sparked by a conversation with legendary A&R man James Endeacott, the pair decided to launch their own label.
Analogue Enhanced Digital opens with four singles, one for each week in October. The line up spans the globe, with the roster already including groups from Canterbury, Vienna, Frankfurt and Argyll.

Analogue Enhanced Digital is set to expand in November, with the label preparing to host albums from Wide Sea and Rotifer.
