Earl Sweatshirt Talks Album Plans

Collaboration heavy LP due

Earl Sweatshirt took to Twitter last night to reveal more details about his new album.

Undergoing a 360 change in Samoa, Earl Sweatshirt has returned with a new viewpoint. Undoubtedly one of the most talented members of Odd Future, the rapper is lining up a new album for release this Autumn.

Last night (August 13th) Earl Sweatshirt took to Twitter in order to keep fans in the loop. Posting a series of messages, the rapper insisted that “you can hear the progression”.

He wrote:

“Im just trying to make pretty music. Everyone whose favorite song off EARL was epar or whatever might be pretty bummed. Everyone with 666 or KTA or some sort of stupid hashtag like ‘hey look im crazy’ in their bio might be pretty bummed too. I anticipate a loss of fans. I also anticipate gaining some… I fucking love how it sounds. And uhh. Thats what matters… Im gonna go out on a limb and say that you can hear the progression.”

Referring to his previous material, Earl Sweatshirt wrote: “I hope i lose you as a fan if you only fuck with me because i rapped about raping girls when i was 15.”

Throughout the Twitter burst Earl Sweatshirt refused to give the name of his album. Finishing, the rapper told fans: “I just listened to _____ all the way through twice. Shit is tight!! Im stoked”.

Earl Sweatshirt will release a new album later this year.
