Bristol's Ead Wood likes to keep everything DIY.
Devoutly independent, his releases are curious blasts of indie pop, following their own path in every creative sense.
Working alongside South London band Margot, new cut 'Cold Hearted' is a shimmering piece of bittersweet indie pop.
A tongue in cheek ode to someone on the outskirts of society, 'Cold Hearted' is all dappled guitar effects and sighing vocals, discussing a "snarling ghost" who exists on the fringes.
Here's a quote from Ead Wood…
'Cold Hearted' tells the tale of a self proclaimed nasty bloke who prides himself on his misery, a snarling ghost on the edge of society. Written with a humorous side but also as a way to avert myself from following the nasty blokes footsteps when things turn sour.
