Australian duo DZ Deathrays have signed to Hassle, with their debut album due this year.
A manic blur of sweat, hair and riffs, DZ Deathrays have gradually forced their way into the public gaze since their first visit to these shores last year. A one off seven inch on Too Pure followed, with Jen Long giving the ‘Ruined My Life’ EP a cassette run via Kissability.
Returning to London last night (March 7th) to launch a three night stand at the Old Blue Last, DZ Deathrays blasted through a stunning set of anger, poise and precision.
Now it seems that the band are lining up their debut album. DZ Deathrays have signed to Hassle, who will provide a home for their upcoming full length.
Titled ‘Bloodstreams’ will be released on May 7th. Check out the tracklisting below:
