Dutch Uncles have shared new cut 'Streetlight' – stream it now.
The Manchester band are close to releasing new album 'Big Balloon', which arrives at the end of the month.
It's a complex but charming return, featuring some of their most persistent hooks yet while also tackling some Big Life Themes in the process.
New cut 'Streetlight' is a fine example. Contagious art-pop, it actually tackles very modern feelings of loneliness and dislocation.
"'Streetlight' is about becoming content with your loneliness," vocalist Duncan Wallis explains. "It’s about being sceptical, but aware and open to new chances at connecting again. It’s about realizing your own needs, possibly for the first time."
