A quite singular group, each album from Dutch Uncles feel distinct, a stepping stone in an arc of progress.
Working on new material, the Manchester act are ready to unveil the results. New album 'O Shudder' will be released on February 23rd, with Memphis Industries once again stepping in to support.
Singer Duncan Wallis describes the themes of the record as being "more personal and direct than before with reflections on pregnancy, terrorism, school discos, divorce, health scares, sexual dysfunction and job-seeking".
New track 'In n Out' is online now. A barbed yet infectious return, it seemingly documents Wallis' attempt to "grammatically poor approach to breaking down the 'friend zone'".
Check it out now.
