Welsh soul sister Duffy is set to shiver spines with her new single “Mercy”. Produced by Steve Booker, the track acts as a primer for the debut album, set to follow in the Spring.
Drawn straight from the Motown lineage, “Mercy” is a Smokey (geddit?) ballad that recalls Duffy’s love of 60s soul stars such as Bettye Swann. You can read our exclusive interview with Duffy here: Duffy Interview
