Drill Rapper Perm Killed In Brixton Shooting

A sad loss...

Drill rapper Perm has been killed in a South London shooting.

The incident took place on Brixton’s Railton Road last night – October 30th – with police being called at 7.50pm following reports of gunshots. Two men were killed in the shooting – one is thought to be a Deliveroo driver, who crashed with a nearby car during the incident.

The shooting victim has been named as Perm, a talented figure within the UK drill community. Noted for his crisp flows, the rapper recently shared his single ‘Germs’ and has worked with a number of other producers and MCs.

Relative Dean Whyte shared a tribute to him on Instagram, writing: “R.I.P my boy, daddy loves you. Life has changed for ever.”

Perm is the nephew of professional boxer Dillian Whyte, who paid tribute to the passing of his family member.

Fans took to social media to pay their respects, with one saluting “one of the most iconic drill tracks in the UK…”

London rapper LikkleDotz praised Perm for starting his career, saying it “was honestly a pleasure to work with you…”
