Anglo-Argentinian group The Draytones have been stunning a select few with their explosive live show, now the group aim for mainstream success with live dates and a their debut album.
Signed to 1965 Records the group’s sound is heavily influenced by British freakbeat bands of the 60s, such as The Creation and The Attack. The Draytones also claim a lineage with Argentinian psych-rock bands of the same period.
After stunning the audience at the 1965 Records Christmas part at the ULU venue, The Draytones will play a residency at London’s 12 Bar Club.
The band’s debut album will be called “Up In My Head” and will be released on April 14th. This will be preceded by the release of a single, “Turn It Down”, on March 31st.
