Wide Eyed

Wide Eyed are giving away their new track 'Tell Me' - grab it first on Clash.

Birmingham has established itself as the centre of the British indie scene. Newcomers such as Peace, Troumaca and Jaws have come bursting forth from the Midlands, establishing a new blueprint for the city.

However if the area is to keep its crown, then it will rely on new blood. A fresh name on the scene, Wide Eyed are helping push things forward, with their scratchy take on indie rock rapidly making a name for itself.

Setting their sights further afield, Wide Eyed have now unveiled a free download. Already a high point in their live set, 'Tell Me' is a sugar-sweet melody wrapped in barbed wire, a naughty, mischievous thrill which you can't ignore.
