Om Unit's music has always had a spiritual edge – but unlike some, the producer has actually explored other belief systems, other ways of thinking. Meditating to remain inspired, the beatsmith recently released his new EP 'Aeolian'. However the cupboard isn't quite bare yet.
This morning Om Unit placed new cut 'Ulysses (VIP)' on his SoundCloud and – somewhat predictably – it's terrific. Containing hints of Jungle and some solid bass rumblings, the title continues the Ancient Greek theme running through his work. Yet this feels Futuristic, ultra-modern – the Hardcore continuum projected out into space, looping back into the past.
