Download: Cinnaman Mix

Ahead of Fabric date

Dutch turntablist Cinnaman has prepared a stunning new mix ahead of his slot at Fabric.

As line ups go, Hessle Audio’s upcoming Fabric takeover will take some beating. Pearson Sound is set to headline, with Joy Orbison also due to appear. Label founder Pangaea will take control, with fellow mainstay Ben UFO due to play a back to back set with Oneman.

One of the more intriguing additions to the line up is a back to back performance from Jackmaster and Cinnaman. The Scottish vinyl muncher needs no introduction, and has found a kindred spirit in his Dutch counterpart.

Cinnaman runs two clubs in his native Amsterdam, keeping his finger on the pulse through his dextrous DJ sets. Making his name purely through DJing, the turntablist is also one half of the creative team behind Beat Dimensions.

Set to go toe to toe with Jackmaster, Cinnaman’s latest appearance on British soil is one of his most high profile to date.

By way of an introduction, the DJ has prepared a new mix. Opening with a cut from Glasgow team The Blessings, the mix includes tracks from UK Funky don Bok Bok, a nifty Girl Unit remix and more.

Ending with Hudson Mohawke’s ‘Thunderbay’ you can listen to the Cinnaman mix below…
