Right now, the area's electronic music scene is a hub of creative energy. However one track continually rises to the surface, gaining more requests, more plays, more criticism and more praise than any other.
'African Scream' splices house with a funky, almost tribal sense of rhythm. The titular sample runs through the track, supplying something anthemic while the synths – cheap, almost child-like – are supremely effective.
