Germany’s dynamic duo of dance Digitalism have announced an exciting new competition for fans, with music lovers now able to remix one of their tracks.
On December 4th Digitalism will finally return home to Hamburg for some well earned rest. The dance producers have played 400 gigs during the past eighteen months or so, rocking cities across the globe. Now it seems Digitalism are set to give another gift to fans by launching a new remix competition through Myspace.
Starting on October 17th, fans will be able to remix Digitalism’s track ‘Taken Away’. Here’s a four part guide to taking part:
1. Download the song parts of the track “Taken Away”, the web special track exclusively produced by Digitalism for the Mercedes-Benz GLK (www.mercedes-glk.com), from www.myspace.com/digitalism
2. Load your own remix onto your own myspace profile until 17th November 2008.
3. Send your Myspace profile web link with the indication “I REMIXED TAKEN AWAY” via e-mail to [email protected] .
4. Digitalism will announce the winner shortly before their final concert of 4 December 2008.
The best remix will be released worldwide on the ultra hip French label Kitsune. The competition closes on November 17th.
