Band Join Kitsune Party

German electronic icons Digitalism are set to make an appearance at the London Airwaves festival, playing a special DJ set at a party curated by cult French imprint Kitsune.

The German duo have earned a reputation for crafting red hot electro, with early singles such as “Jupiter Room” and “Pogo” amongst others. A renowned DJ team, their re-edits have become the source of legend, with a frantic retooling of The White Stripes “Seven Nation Army” becoming an essential play for icons such as Erol Alkan.

The London Airwaves event is an off shoot of the Iceland Airwaves festival. Now celebrating ten years in existence, Iceland Airwaves is one of the most important music showcases in Europe bringing together some of the hottest bands on the planet to the northern isle.

Digitalism have long collaborated with French label Kitsune, and the band will DJ at a special party thrown in their honour.
