Deafheaven's 2013 album 'Sunbather' was a breakthrough of sorts, with the band's intense fusion of post-rock, left field metal and more winning widespread acclaim.
Backed by an enthralling live show, the Californian group were able to take what was on the surface an abrasive, 'difficult' sound to a global audience.
Now they're back. New album 'New Bermuda' will be released on October 2nd, recorded live to tape with Jack Shirley at 25th Street Recording in Oakland, California and Atomic Garden Recording in East Palo Alto, California in April 2015.
