De La Soul and Snoop Dogg have paired up on new cut 'Pain'.
The rap giants are currently prepping a new album, with 'And The Anonymous Nobody' set to emerge later this year.
The crowd-funding project behind the studio sessions gathered more than $600,000 and ranks as the second most successful campaign in Kickstarter's history.
Dave West explains: “This album is about lending to the scape of music in 2016, trying to give something, not for the sake of we want to balance what’s going on or fix hip-hop. We just want to say something to the creative aspects of music.”
New cut 'Pain' has an elastic sense of groove, something the presence of Snoop Dogg only serves to heighten.
Tune in now.
